See The Shoot: Steven + Kristina

4.30.22

Steven + Kristina found me last minute when they found out the photographer they booked was moving out of state. When I saw the inquiry in my inbox, and realized that they needed assistance I could not back down, especially when I read that it was at The Sterling. After talking with the couple, I knew that they were a good fit for me. It was such a beautiful day…

Getting Ready: The Venue had such a beautiful bridal suite. The lighting and colors in the room was perfect for my style.

First Look: Although the cat walk was tricky to get the right angle, I think its such a great idea! It’s worth having a second shooter with you to get the right angle! I love the way that he looked at her <3 EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ALREADY MARRIED! Yes, they were already married… Thanks to covid.

Ceremony: The ceremony location was pretty. The only downfall was the sunshine mid day. As photographers, we work with what we got and have to adjust for various lighting situations. Check put the beautiful building behind them tho! ugh! The windows are so cool!

Wedding Party: OMG This was such a fun group of people! As you can tell, they had so much fun! From posing like the opposite sex, to screaming at the top of their lungs for some fun shots, It was amazing.

The Couple: UGHH! Such a beautiful couple! I can not express enough about how much love there is between them. The way the look at each other, the way they LOVED every moment of the day… LOVE

PARTYYYY: They finally got to celebrate their LOVE! It was such a great time and good people. They ended the night with a sparkler send off!

Mommy&Me ft. Zoey & I

Being a photographer, I’m the one who is always behind the camera. I couldn’t tell you how many images of my husband and my daughter there are. I called up a friend who is also a photographer and asked if she could get a few shots of me and my daughter. Like other moms, I am not a fan of looking at myself in images but I know that these images are going to mean so much to my little girl.
Why do I say that? I don’t have a whole lot of photos with my mother, she was the mom who did not want to have anything to do with photos. But the ones I do have, mean the world to me. There’s so many reasons that you should have professional images captured for you and your family but today, I just want to tell you to stand up and get in front of the camera atleast once. It’s very important. Check out these images of my daughter and I. My friend took the images and I edited them.
